Return Policy

We will be happy to return, exchange or provide a store credit within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for any return or exchange, your item must be accompanied with a receipt, original store packaging and unused/unworn.  All custom made items, special order merchandise, engraved items or any merchandise that has been altered or sized, may not be returned or exchanged.  If the item was received as a gift, please contact us at (843) 853-0103 to handle any request. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

All items purchased in our store and on our website can be returned or exchanged in store or by mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  To return your product, you will need to mail your product to:  Dacuba's/ 84 N. Market St / Charleston, South Carolina / United States.  Return shipping time will vary, based on processing your request and where you live. If you are shipping an item back to us that is over $75.00 we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your item.  


REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is applicable, we will notify you of a refund approval and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. 

EXCHANGE

An exchange can be made within 14 days, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the incorrect item or need to make an exchange, contact us at dacubas@comcast.net or (843) 853-0103.
