SHIPPING & IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
Processing
We make every effort to process on-line and phone orders within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing times will vary, due to high volume of orders during special occasions & holidays. Orders that require jewelry services will have a longer processing time. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or nationally observed US holidays.
Shipping
We currently offer USPS shipping methods within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, to APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. All shipments are insured and shipped via USPS priority mail. Orders shipped with a value over $1000.00 will require someone present to sign for the package. If applicable, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We charge flat-rate fees for our shipping methods. We also offer overnight/express shipping and shipping avail to Canada. Shipping fees for orders made in-store or by phone may vary.
Standard priority mail (3-5 business days) $10.00
Express priority mail (1 to 2 business days) is approximately $30.00
Tracking Your Order
Delays due to inclement weather and circumstances beyond our control may adversely affect delivery times. when your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You will be able to see the details of your shipment and track your shipment through the shipping carrier’s website.
In-Store & Curbside Pickup
We offer an in-store pickup options that can be selected during checkout. Your order will process within 1–2 business days. Orders that require jewelry services will process within 3–5 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for pickup. Please call us to arrange a pickup time, our pickup hours are 11:00 am–5:00 pm Monday–Saturday.
